Leadership and decision making is important as it helps in focusing on the problems that

continue to face the organization and the assessment of the process of the formulation of the

strategies that enable the operation of the organizations and the involvement of the executives in

the development of strategies. The need to focus on the structure of the operations of the

business is important as this helps in the management of the execution of the strategies and the

information on the changing operations in the long run. The focus on the strategy and the

processes in leadership is important as there is demonstration of the concepts that are important

in the diversification of the changes of the business. Royal court affairs as a federal agency looks

at the changes taking place in governance and this helps in the consideration of the changes in

the leadership aspects in Sultanate Oman. The Royal Court of Affairs in Oman is involved in the

governing of the federal agencies and this is important in helping to increase the coordination in

the government. The focus on the different factors of change is important as this guides the

application of the strategies that guide the leadership aspects and this means the constant

assessment of the strategies and the leadership management style. There is development of the

of inconsistencies and the development of a culture that focuses towards the improvement of the

organization success.

The cultural background of Oman is important in shaping of the different leadership

styles and this creates the need to focus on the examination of the diversity that exists in the

environment and the linking of the different attributes. The focus on the changes in the

leadership is important as this helps in the management of the locations of the people in the

institution and the focus on the application on the application of the leadership approaches to the

achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization. The assessment of the leadership

of the various factors helping to consider the regional needs and the change in the strategies

the different people in the organization and focus on the power that is allocated to the leaders.

The focus on the expectations of the changes in the security helps in the adjustment of the

strategies that are applied towards the management of the changes in the leadership and the focus

on the stability required in the environment. In the case, there is internalization of the changes

and the overcoming of the challenges to ensure that there is consideration of the leadership

determine the culture of Oman and this analyzes the change that is important in encouraging the

diversity of the regions. There is assessment of the rapid role in modernity and the need to focus

on the centralization of the powers.

The situational analysis of the transformative leadership is important as this increases the

promotion of the changes in the description of the change and the public assessment of the

relations that exist in the environment. There is analysis of the consequences that continue to

face community and this is important in shaping the leadership process. There is analysis of the

The effects of leadership are analyzed through focusing on the principles of leadership that is

improvement of the security in the institution. The focus on the security that is required in the

The mediation aspects of leadership is important as it helps in the management of the

competitiveness of the federal agencies as this means there is application of the different duties

that focus on the protection of the integrity of the country and the sharpening of the skills of the

The challenges that continue to face the organization are in the management of diversity

and this means there is focus on the measures that help in increasing the change in the

organization. The leadership aspects that are created in the organization are important as there is

focus on professionalism of dealing with issues such as conflict and the management of the

notions of the different types of leadership (Moideenkutty, Murthy and Al-Lamky 2016, p. 196).

The focus on the effectiveness and the operation changes is important as this means there is

continued assessment of the politics and the traditions that affect the implementation of

strategies. In the case, there is focus on the bureaucracy that is created and that has a negative

influence on leadership. The approaches that are applied in the administration of the different

strategies is important as this helps in the development of the approaches of the organization

while embracing the changing roles in professionalism.

The assumption of the roles of the leadership is a challenge and this creates the need to

focus on the definition of roles of the employees and the leaders. With the problem, it is difficult

to focus towards change management as this results to the effects of change and the reduction in

the productivity of the employees. The need for the stipulation of the changes in the environment

and the role that it plays in increasing the change in the organization is important as there is

focus on the allocation of the different powers and the management of the growth of the Royal

Court Affairs. Focusing on the decision making process is important as it helps in the

consideration of the role of the business factors in increasing the coordination of the efforts in the

of the employees. Where adjustment is needed, there is focus on the roles of the departments in

The guidance that is needed towards the effective management of the people creates the

observation that helps in the consolidation of the changes in the environment. There is focus on

the application of the performance objectives that are focused towards growth and the

coordination of the roles of the employees.

Conclusion

The focus on the changing environment is important in managing the definition of the

roles of leadership. There is focus on the culture of the Sultanate Oman and how this affects the

growth of the organization. The diversity changes and the stipulation of the role and

responsibilities of the organization is important as thus helps in managing the change in the

environment. The use of the transformative leadership is important as it is inclusive towards the

growth of the organization and the implementation of the development in institution. The

employees through the use of the leadership style are aware of the roles and the objectives of the

organization and focus towards being productive. The inclusivity of the employees in setting the

goals and objectives provides as clear assessment of the changes taking place and this helps in

the adoption of the nature of the organization that is focused towards managing change. There is

increase in the team building aspects where the consideration is on the roles of the employees

and that of the management in focusing towards success. In the case, there is provision of

training to the employees that helps in embracing change in the organization focusing on the

changing environment.
