ANSWER:

Companionship is a term often used in the context of friendship. It's a relationship in which both parties
support each other emotionally without having sexual interest. Because it enables both parties to rely
on one another for support and encouragement, this kind of relationship can be immensely
advantageous.

As one of the youth of today's generation, I can promote "pakikipag-kapwa" or companionship by

knowing how to socialize in a manner that can be considerate to them. We have different side of
personalities that others might agree and dissagree. That means, we must be mindful of our actions in
talking and interacting with our companion. We should know that other people might be sensitive and
easily offended. That is why, we need to be literate on how to socialize not just to strangers but to the
people who are in our circle. Learning on the proper manner that will make your companion
comfortable of talking with can make the conversation run smoothly. Of being both the listener and the
speaker, you must have a way that the conversation must end in a positive. You must consider to your
self that if there is something might be misunderstood, as a literate of socializing, you need to adjust the
situation instead.

- Sometimes if you are drown by so many challenges and problems in life, we must not forget that
there are someone who can comfort us. There were so many people that gives so much appreciation
just by giving you physical touch such as hugging and kissing their forehead because it will feel you that
in every situation which can be both happiness and in sorrow, you have an ally everytime you think that
you're alone. People may prefer to express and receive love by holding hands, kisses, hugs, and other
physical contact because warmth and safety were able to be communicated with the right touches.

- When talking the person that makes you comfortable, it is a nice opportunity to tell everything what
you feel because by letting you out all your problems, your day and everything, all of the burden inside
your heart relieves. Another is, when you are communicating with someone such as needing a help to
locate a certain place which is unfamiliar to you, it is good that you know the social literacy as you know
how to approach them even though it is your first time to talk with them.

• Learnings and Realizations

 - As by communicating, it realizes us that lighten our feelings when having a bad day. By
communicating, we are already sending an information to our listener of what happened to us in that
day. It also realizes us how important communicating is. For them not to worry, you need to update
him/her, to be able to tell what you feel then tell to him/her so to avoid being misunderstood and if you
want to express how enthusiast you are about your day then tell the good news to him/her.
Communicating keeps the relationship into a feeling where you don't need to overthink everything
because all the information that was sent to you is trusted by expressing his/her feelings when
communicating. That is why, it is better to communicate than only keeping it to yourself and be sure to
let it out to the person who you think are trusted enough to hear it all.

- As by showing your feelings when talking to someday, it is easily be understood because you feel about
what the person feels when talking. It is also one way of expressing of letting them understand what you
feel. If you are a listener, then you can be easily interacted to the speaker as you also feel what he/she is
trying to say.

• Learnings and Realizations

- I have learned that by adding empathy when talking to someday, it makes the both listener and the
speaker feels each emotion. When you are empathetic, you are able to comprehend a person's current
 state of mind and the rationale behind other people's actions. Empathy makes it easier for us to explain
our ideas to others and makes it easier for us to comprehend others when they speak to us.
