1. Self- As a student, I will be able to: Remember the key points of the orientation in order
to perform the activities assigned during the clinical focus rotation effectively. Interpret what
our Clinical Instructor has said so that I am prepared to complete the tasks assigned to us.
Express the program outcomes, course outcomes, and clinical outcomes in me genuinely so that
I am directed throughout the period of the clinical rotationt. Complete the assigned task on
time and have a positive attitude throughout the day in this clinical focus rotation.

2. Duty- This clinical rotation will provide me with a piece of knowledge of perception and
coordination, particularly in the management of patient in the Medical Ward. Will equip and
prepare me for actual nursing duties in the future. Through case analysis and case
management, I am able to develop a nursing care plan that is appropriate for the needs of the
ward patients as my clients. Demonstrate the capacity to have a thorough assessment from
head to toe.

3. Groupmates- My expectations for this group are for us to be united and helpful to each
other. Show respect for each other's time and respect towards others. Demonstrate
appropriate behavior throughout the whole clinical rotation. Attending meetings and
discussions on time.

4. CI -Throughout the clinical focus rotation, my Clinical Instructor will be able to: conduct
essential discussions that will supply me with the knowledge that is crucial in dealing with client
in the medical ward with perception and coordination disorders. Manage me and my duty
mates to be effective in this clinical rotation. Measure my knowledge with regards a population
that is well and ill. Prepare us to become efficient nurses in the medical field. Teach us safe
evidence-based nursing care and promote health through education, risk reduction, and disease
prevention.
