    Objective: To avoid wasting the company's time to transact personal agendas during working hours and to avoid conflicts
    in any form, especially related to any monetary value inside the company.

    Any type of money-related personal transaction, including but not limited to:

    1. Paluwagan.
    2. Ipon Challenge
    3. Pakimkim
    4. Pautang
    5. 5-6
    6. Paabot

    will not and should never be done within the company's working hours.

    SANCTIONS:

    1st Offense: Written Warning


    2nd Offense: Written Warning with 7 days suspension
    3rd Offense: Final Written Warning with 15 days suspension
    4th Offense: Dismissal
