1. Welcome and introductions: Welcome everyone to the meeting and give a brief
introduction of the purpose of the meeting. Ask each team member to introduce
themselves, and their role in the project.
2. Overview of survey results and insights: Present the survey results and insights,
highlighting the major issues and opportunities for improvement. Share the data
on on-time deliveries, customer support, and product quality.
3. Discussion of team observations and feedback: Encourage team members to
share their own observations and feedback. Ask them to share their perspective

on the survey results, and what they think are the most important issues that
need to be addressed.
4. Prioritization of next steps: Based on the survey results and the team's feedback,
discuss and prioritize the next steps to improve the product and service. Ask
each team member to suggest one or two actions they believe will make the
biggest impact. Consider each suggestion and vote on the actions to take.
5. Task assignment and setting of deadlines: Assign tasks to team members and
set deadlines for completing them. Review each task and its deadline, and ask
each team member if they can commit to completing their task on time.
6. Any other business: If there is any other business that needs to be discussed,
such as updates on the product or service launch, now is the time to bring it up.
