Qualtrics survey information

Organizational Compassion Survey

Thank you for participating in the study. This study targets to investigate the effects and
outcomes of organizational compassion and certain leadership behaviors. It will take 15 to
20 minutes to respond to the survey. 
 
All your responses in the survey will be kept fully confidential and anonymous. They will
be used for the purpose of scientific research only and will not be disclosed to other
individuals than the researchers.
 
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. All individual responses will be held in
strict confidence. You may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. There is
no right or wrong answer.
