Any social system institutionally can be situated in
one of the four quadrants within the institutional
two-dimensional Cartesian system.

This is a ‘moment of institution’.

Every ‘moment of institution’ implicitly suggests the


institutional entrepreneurship – that is the
institutional entrepreneurial task and challenge of
institutional entrepreneur.
