You are the Guarantor for the loan barrowed from M/s Godavari Urban Multi State Credit
Co-Operative Society Limited at our Guntur branch, on the name of Shri/Shrimati DAMARSING
GOWRI bearing loan account No 3011430 for an amount of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees ONE LAKH ONLY)
for the purpose of PL/BL/HL/VL agreed to repay the same at the Rate of Interest 16% PA.

We sanctioned loan amount on Date 04/05/2019. You accepted to repay the same in 36
Equal Monthly Instalments, which you agreed to repay the same in Daily Deposit Scheme that counts
to an amount of Rs. 500 (Rupees FIVE HUNDRED) per day. As you have accepted, we have
sanctioned the same on even date at the time of borrowing amount. You have also executed a loan
application, Debit Promissory Note, etc. in favour of M/s. Godavari Urban Multi State Credit Co-
Operative Society Limited at Guntur branch.

As on Date: 17th December 2020 out of the total loan amount your outstanding due amount of Rs.
96,886 (Rupees NINETY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SIX ONLY) is pending from your end. We
made several demands to repay the due amount through your daily deposits scheme amounts but
you didn’t discharge dues.

We here by demand you with this demand notice to repay the entire outstanding due amounts
within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice. If you fail to pay the outstanding amount, we
will take appropriate legal action against you and you would be liable for costs and consequences
thereof.
