Terms and Conditions

1. Hotel reserves the right to return the goods upon delivery if the quality or specification does not meet the agreement with the hotel.
2. The quantity or weight of received goods must be equal to or less than PO if it is partial delivery. The delivery acceptance is subject to final count,
weight and quality check of the Receiving Department. Any excess weight more than 10% for the whole goods, especially perishable food is accepted for
packaging and original size of items.
3. All goods’ deliveries must go through Receiving Department and be accompanied by an original invoice and copy of PO.
4. Invoice must be addressed to PT. SenayanTrikaryaSempana (Fairmont Jakarta), NPWP 01.069.321.6-059.000. Payment is performed through bank transfer and
can only be proceeded by using an original invoice which has been stamped by Receiving.
5. Delivery schedule : Monday to Friday F&B 08:00 - 12:00
Others 13:00 - 15:00
6. Hotel reserves the right to reject the overdue date delivery as stated in PO unless instructed differently by Purchasing Department.
7. Any personal benefit or financial receiving regardless the motivesis disallowed.
8. Statement of Accounts submission is required as part of the hotel payment process.
