 LION BRAND® large-eyed blunt needle

GAUGE
14 dc = about 4 in. (10 cm).
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

NOTES
1. Afghan is worked in one piece.
2. The yarn color is changed as each ball of yarn is finished, even if it’s in the
middle of the row!
3. To change yarn color, work the last st of old color to the last yarn over.
Yarn over with new color and draw through all loops to complete the st.
Fasten off the old color, continue working with the new color.

AFGHAN
With A, ch 155.

Set Up Row: Dc in the 4th ch from the hook (3 skipped ch counts as dc) and in
each ch across – you will have 153 dc.
Row 1: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), turn, skip the first dc, dc in each dc across,
working last dc in top of the turning ch.

Repeat Row 1 until all of A has been used.

Change to B and repeat Row 1 until all of B has been used.

Change to C and repeat Row 1 until all of C has been used.
Change to D and repeat Row 1 until you are at the end of a row and don’t have
enough D to work another row.
Fasten off.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.
