ABSTRACT

MUHAMMAD JAFAR, The Influence Of Facilities And Employee Competence To The Patient
Waiting Time Through Service Quality At Outpatient Installation In K.H. Hayyung Regional
Public Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency (guided by Akmal Umar dan Eddyman W. Ferial).

This research aims (1) to analized the influence of facilities and employee competence on
service quality at outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar
Islands Regency; (2) to analized the influence of facilities and employee competence on patient
waiting time at outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands
Regency; (3) to analized the influence of service quality on patient waiting time at outpatient
installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency; (4) to analized
the influence of facilities and employee competence on patient waiting time through service
quality at outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands
Regency

These research applied in Outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital,
Selayar Islands Regency. The sample uses the accidental sampling, a sampling technique
based on accidental. All samples of 110 respondents at Outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung
Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency. A method of data used is live interview to
the many involved in the problem under discussion and give a questionnaire for patient
according to research conducted. Data analysis was done using descriptive analysis and path
analysis.

The results of an analysis of shows that (1) facilities and employee competence is a influenced
to service quality at outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar
Islands Regency; (2) facilities and employee competence is a influenced to patient waiting time
at outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency; (3)
service quality a influence to patient waiting time at outpatient installation in K.H. Hayyung
Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency; (4) facilities and employee competence a
influence to patient waiting time through service quality at outpatient installation in K.H.
Hayyung Regional Public Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency
