CASE Nº 2:
You have just completed six months in a new job. In preparation for
a progress meeting, you have been asked to write a report to your
manager. You report should explain what you feel you have
achieved in the job so far, describe any problems you have had,
and suggest any future training that would be suitable.
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to review my performance during the last six
months in Gloria Company Inc. Further recommendations about future
training will be outlined as well.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS
Besides, I have gained some insight into the know-how of the organisation,
hence now it is much easier for me to handle with day-to-day problems
because I am yet more efficient and goal-oriented.

INCONVENIENCES
Unfortunately, during those six months I had some delays with my monthly
salary owing to some mistakes in Treasurer's Office. To make things worse,
never has this office assisted to my matter. Had it not been for my boss, I
would have not received my monthly pay.

SUGGESTIONS
Taking all the above into consideration, I would like to put forward some
recommendations. Firstly, it would be really important if all the process
related to employees’ pay is oversaw in order to avoid delays, thereby
guaranteeing timely payments.
