The Altran Annual Appraisal offers, in the rush and bustle of working life, a valuable
opportunity for managers and employees to have « time-out » for a one-on-one discussion to

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF ALTRAN PROJECT PERFORMANCE
ASSESSMENT?
Project Performance Assessment (PPA) can be leveraged every 3 months and it aims to offers our
employees a way to receive a more frequently feedback from people who work close to them
and set development and improvement plans.

ADDING A PROFILE PICTURE

From the homepage, click on in the upper right part of the header.

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL FILE

The personal file gathers the following information:


 Basic information – username, last name, first name and status;
 Addresses – professional contact details such as email address, phone number…;
 CV – it allows you to upload your resume if desired;
 Current job – job family, path, job position, job title, manager…;
 Roles & Responsibilities to consider – mobility wish coming from your last annual appraisal;
 Comments for internal mobility – zone to be filled in when applying to an internal position.
Most of the information are transferred from MDM to TMS every night. If data are incorrect in TMS
(e.g. wrong manager, no functional manager, incorrect worksite, etc.), please get in touch with your
local TMS contact or the HR department.

THE AAA FORM IS DIVIDED INTO 7 SECTIONS

Assess the objectives for the past year, describe and analyse the achieved

ACCESSING THE CURRENT ANNUAL APPRAISAL FORM

The current annual appraisal form is accessible directly from the homepage. If you have
completed your annual appraisal in TMS last year, the “Objectives assessment” section and the
“Career” section will be automatically filled out.

Click on “Complete my Assessment” to access the 1st section of the


AAA form.

Please assess your current competency levels. The skills, and the associated required levels, are
displayed according to your current job position. Do not hesitate to consult your job description.

SUBMITTING YOUR SELF-ASSESSMENT TO YOUR MANAGER

At this stage, all sections from “Objectives assessment” to “Career” are saved as “Employee
draft”. You are able to modify information later if you want to.

Please note that:


•The “Overall appraisal” section is completed by your manager during the AAA meeting.
•The “Sign-off” section is completed by both of you after the meeting.

When you are ready, you can share your self-assessment with your manager. Go back to
each section, from “Objectives assessment” to “Career”, and click on .

Please note that:


• You will no longer be able to modify information.
• Your manager will receive a notification to review your self-assessment.

Your self-assessment is completed. You are now ready to discuss


with your manager during the AAA meeting.

THE MEETING

AAA FORM
SIGNING THE AAA FORM
The sign-off is an essential step to close the assessment. This section is available when all
previous sections have been validated (final save) by your manager.
Be careful, no changes can be done in the assessment once you have done this!

1 After the AAA meeting, you will receive a notification in your Altran mailbox inviting you to
proceed to the sign-off. From the homepage, click on to access your
assessment.

2 Review each section from “Objectives assessment” to “Overall appraisal” and access the sign-
off section.

The assessment is signed. It is your manager’s turn now to proceed to


the sign-off. A notification is sent to his/her Altran mailbox.

ACCESSING AND PRINTING THE FINAL AAA FORM

When your manager has signed the appraisal, you receive a notification in your Altran mailbox
to access your final assessment, download it and print or save it on your laptop. The appraisal
form is archived in TMS.
