The current annual appraisal form is accessible directly from the homepage. If you have
completed your annual appraisal in TMS last year, the “Objectives assessment” section and the
“Career” section will be automatically filled out.
Please enter and/or assess your objectives for the past year: describe and analyse the results
you achieved as factually as possible. The total weighting of the objectives must be 100.
Please complete the « general context of the year » by highlighting the factors which impacted your
work significantly (e.g. new manager, new project etc.). You also have the possibility to attach files.
Please assess your current competency levels. The skills, and the associated required levels, are
displayed according to your current job position. Do not hesitate to consult your job description.
1 Give a grade from 1 (beginner) to 4 (expert) to each skill. The required level is highlighted in
grey. All fields must be filled in. Click on each skill title to see its definition.
Please suggest objectives for the year to come to discuss it with your manager during the
annual appraisal meeting. The total objectives weighting must be equal to 100. Analyse the
gap between the current competencies and the ones needing to be strengthened.
Please enter your career evolution wishes in terms of functional and geographical mobility. The
manager will be able to insert comments in the dedicated area.
Please assess the training activities you attended over the past year and register your training
needs for the year to come based on the gap identified in the “Skills assessment” section and
on your career aspirations defined in the “Career” section.
At this stage, all sections from “Objectives assessment” to “Career” are saved as “Employee
draft”. You are able to modify information later if you want to.
When you are ready, you can share your self-assessment with your manager. Go back to
each section, from “Objectives assessment” to “Career”, and click on .
AAA FORM
SIGNING THE AAA FORM
The sign-off is an essential step to close the assessment. This section is available when all
previous sections have been validated (final save) by your manager.
Be careful, no changes can be done in the assessment once you have done this!
1 After the AAA meeting, you will receive a notification in your Altran mailbox inviting you to
proceed to the sign-off. From the homepage, click on to access your
assessment.
2 Review each section from “Objectives assessment” to “Overall appraisal” and access the sign-
off section.
When your manager has signed the appraisal, you receive a notification in your Altran mailbox
to access your final assessment, download it and print or save it on your laptop. The appraisal
form is archived in TMS.
