CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR AGENTS PRACTICING

UNDER THE NAME – CENTURY 21

THIS AGREEMENT IS SERVED TO NOTIFY THAT CENTURY 21

IS IN FULL CONTROL OF RESPECTIVE AGENTS AS SUCH ALL
TRANSACTIONS THEY UNDERTAKEN MUST BE DIRECTED
AND SUBSEQUENTLY ALL CLOSURES SHOULD BE HIGH-
LIGHTED BY THE MANAGEMENT OF CENTURY 21.

Management has the right to suspend your services without

pay as a form of disciplinary action when it is reasonable to
do so having regard to the nature of the violation.
Failure to comply will force Management to take all necessary
measures or actions that would be best for the Company.
