DEED OF PLEDGE

THIS DEED OF JOINT PLEDGE, this Agreement, IS EFFECTIVE THIS ___th OF _________, 2019.
BETWEEN HANDYLOVE CREATIONS, a civic empowered cause under the flagship of CONSTANT-CHAIN-OF-
CARE MOVEMENT, providing livelihood to Person’s Deprived of Liberty, Person’s with Disability,
Out-of-School Youth, Homestays, and Student, to aid and levy their everyday expenses and
financial constraints; organized and existing under the supervision and operations of volunteers,
operating on-line and off-line business marketing, hereby referred to as the PLEDGE RECIPIENT or
the PLEDGER
AND _______________________________, of legal / minor age, as represented by his/her legal
guardian /for minor/, ________________________________, with postal
address at _______________________________________________, who willfully and
personally warrants that this agreement is with his/her own and voluntarily act and deed without
any force and coercion that a constant amount of ONE HUNDRED PESOS is pledge in return an
equivalent to ONE PESO daily during business days; hereby referred to as the PLEDGEE.
AND Evangeline Antonio, RMT-LLS, TBM, of legal age and a resident of No. 19 Lower Kitma, Central Bakakeng, 2600
Baguio City Philippines, referred to as the NOMINEE, a duly authorized pioneer representative,
sole official representative to transact in behalf of HANDYLOVE CREATIONS.

THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE AGREED AT FOLLOWS:

AMOUNT Referred to as the ONE HUNDRED PESOS, a constant monetary figure for this agreement
to transcribe.

PLEDGE Referred to as the ONE PESO as stipulated herein, given or pledge by the PLEDGER to the PLEDGEE in return
for this covenant to take place corresponding to the AMOUNT initially committed.
Activation is FORTY EIGHT HOURS after the receipt thereof, after and every BUSINESS
DAYS.

NATURE OF PLEDGE As general and continuing security. Thus, hereby pledge and charge to in favor of the
PLEDGEE.

TERMINATION OF PLEDGE From the date of these presents until such time as the DEED OF PLEDGE has been created
hereunder is hereby terminated by reason of extinction of the PLEDGEE as evidenced by
unsuccessful searches and retrieval of information by the PLEDGER.

OBLIGATION OF THE NOMINEE The NOMINEE shall, in its possession and management of the AMOUNT and the
PLEDGE, have all the obligations of depository under a simple voluntary deposit pursuant
to the laws except as expressly derogated from hereinafter by third parties.

EXPENSES OF PRESERVATION The PLEDGER shall reimburse to the NOMINEE upon demand all necessary expenses
incurred by the NOMINEE in preservation of the AMOUNT and the PLEDGE.

RETURN OF THE AMOUNT At no time by the duration of the present DEED OF PLEDGE, return of the AMOUNT is
subject and set forth to prior a written notification from the PLEDGEE. The NOMINEE shall
be personally liable to the PLEDGEE any loss in whole and in part suffered by the latter as
a result of any loss and reduction of the secured amount created hereunder.

TERMINATION OF THE DEED OF PLEDGE Shall be considered to have terminated after upon receipt of notification
from the PLEDGEE by the PLEDGER or the NOMINEE. Release and return of

the AMOUNT is in accordance with the means of delivery chosen by the PLEDGEE and at
his own cost and expense.

DEFAULT In cases of default incurred by the PLEDGER, the AMOUNT is deemed demandable in whole without any
loss and damages in favor of the PLEDGEE.

BUSINESS DAYS A regular working day. Not holiday, special holidays, declared non-working or working holidays nor
weekends.

NOTICES Done primarily thru SMS, phone calls and emails.

The PLEDGEE further pledge in return to pursue the ideals and perspectives of HANDYLOVE CREATIONS
to be a prime example in helping out marginalized sectors of the community, with its movement
CONSTANTCHAIN-OF CARE.

The PLEDGEE further swear to help and promote HANDYLOVE CREATIONS in whatever way I can in the
implementation of its civic projects and carrying out its mission and objectives for the development of the
recipients of its programs and projects, and upliftment of the quality of life of the people in our community.
