My Top 30 LinkedIn

Posts Templates
- Pragya Singh

Holistic Health Writer & LinkedIn Personal Branding Coach

Hi!

So happy to see you here.

And here are my top 30 LinkedIn posts templates for you.

I’ve handpicked the posts that not only performed well for
me but can be used by almost anyone, irrespective of
which industry or field you come from.

Along with the post templates, I’m also sharing the hook
for each post. Just in case you don’t know, the hook is the
first two lines of any post on which the rest of your post
hangs! Thus, the importance.

Ok, enough said, carry on now and I’ll see you at the
bottom of this list :)

Post 1 | I might be good at many things, starting a talk

[replace it with a personal obstacle that you have
overcome] is just not one of them.

Share a transformation story. Start by sharing a personal

obstacle, then tell how you overcame it, and lastly what
results it has got you. Possibly along with a
relevant/resonating photo of yourself. Try to attach an
image as much as possible in your posts. LinkedIn
algorithm boosts image/carousel posts. Of course, do it
only if the image justifies the text.

Post 2 | Today I complete my first month of being active

on LinkedIn, consistently!
And here are my top 4 takeaways:

Celebrating small wins post and share key takeaways-

what lessons did you learn in your journey so far, what
worked and what didn’t, any special story, and finish it with
what are you going to focus on moving forward. You can
tweak, add/remove some sections based on your liking.
You can also close this (or all) of your posts with a clear
call-to-action that resonates with your desired results or
central brand message.

Post 3 | Last week I manifested a wonderful new client.

Share a happy manifestation story. That is, recall what

goodness did you welcome in your life of late and how did
it happen.

Most importantly, what did you do to put yourself in the

best position to receive it. For example, if you are
expecting more inbound leads, did you optimize your
LinkedIn profile to be found in all the relevant searches by
the recruiters and HRs? Do you have the message options
open for everyone to drop you a message (irrespective if
they are your first connection or not)?

Post 4 | Growth in one area of life inspires growth in all

areas of life.

Share a before and after/ transformation story and how it

has affected all other areas of your life. For example, in
this post, I share how taking charge of my health and
making intentional, consistent efforts to become fit and
healthy not just helped me do that but also gave me the
confidence that I can bring the same positive shifts in all
other areas of my life. And it was the beginning of my
career transformation journey.

Post 5 | Posting poor quality content is like stealing
someone's time for attention.

Share a useful observation in a powerful one-line analogy

then continue explaining the same. You can close the post
with a CTA that aligns with your central brand message
and/or something that you desire to attract. Eg. Ask
people to follow your #Hashtag for more such posts!

Post 6 | Today is not about me.

It's about YOU!

Share gratitude and appreciation for your audience.

Post 7 | Doing awesome work is the surest way to get

more awesome work to do.

Share a lesson you have earned! And how did you earn it?
Share the story behind it.

Post 8 | I met my niche by accident.

Share something relevant to your field but in a

non-technical, interesting way! How did you get introduced
to the work you do now or to the field you are working in

Post 9 | 5000+ strong! Thank you so much. It's an honor

to be a part of your life & to have you a part of mine.

Celebration & gratitude post.

Post 10 | If you don't take care of your health because you

want to, then you will have to take care of your health
because you need to.

Share a healthy living story or personal story that made

you aware to take care of your health and helped you grow
in your career or life.

Post 11 | My profile is ranking for all the right keywords!
Wow
How did this happen?
Apply my 2 weeks LinkedIn profile optimization strategy,
get your profile ranked for all the right keywords, then
share this post! Will share the link to it at the bottom.

Post 12 | Hi! Here's a quick intro about myself if you're a

new connection :)

Introduce yourself to your new connections!

You can share:

- What do you do?
- Who do you help?
- What services do you provide?
- Top accomplishments
- Any major publications that have covered you or your
work
- Even some of your quirky side
- What do you like to do in your free time etc?

I always recommend dividing your posts into sections as it

enhances the readability of the posts since the majority of
the time your post will be read on a mobile. Also the same
reason it is suggested to write short sentences in simple
language. Always consider putting yourself in the shoes of
the person scrolling and ask yourself, will you read this
post? More importantly, why should you care to do it?

Post 13 | I got rejected for an amazing work opportunity.

Share a rejection story and how did you overcome it or

turn it around?

See the full post here.

Post 14 | 3 Months, 66 posts, +6000 Followers! Wow.

Thank you so much for supporting me & my work❤

🙈
What worked for me? Don't worry I'm not going to say
'consistency'
Share your stats showing your growth in the last few
months along with your observations of what worked for
you and/or what didn’t.

Post 15 | Tomorrow I complete 3 months of being active

on LinkedIn. So, does LinkedIn really work? Was it worth
it?

Gratitude + takeaway post.

Share about your journey so far and your take on whether

putting efforts into LinkedIn content creation and personal
branding is worth it? If yes, then why? If no, then why? And
what is going to be your next milestone?

Post 16 | Today marks 3 months of my active LinkedIn

journey & here are my top 3 tips on what has made it work
for me :)

Gratitude + top tips post. You can also supplement it with

stats that showcase your progress over the said period of
time.

Post 17 | It's so fulfilling to know that the strategy you

🥰✨
shared worked its magic & someone benefited from
it

Celebrating small wins post!

You can share a recently received:

- Client testimonial
- Recommendation
- Shout out
- Special mention/message
- Appreciation email
- Award or acknowledgment
- Meeting/ conversation invite from a highly-regarded
figure in your field of work etc.

Post 18 | You can become a health writer [replace this
with your designation or field of work] only if you have a
formal health education background. Is it true?

Burst a popular industry myth!

See the full post here.

Post 19 | Numbers don't lie. Really?

I don't think so. At least they don't tell the full story.

Tweet screenshot post bursting a popular industry myth.

Give a thorough and logical explanation for the same.

Keep the tweet ss image capturing the crux of your post.

Succinct, clear, and to the point.
See the full post here.
Post 20 | Collaboration post in a carousel format. Keep the
images of both collaborators on the first carousel page.
Address your target audience’s pain point in the first two
lines of the text copy talking directly to them.
See the full post here.

Post 21 | I got lucky last week. Or Today is my lucky day!

Share a happy manifestation story:

- What did you manifest?
- How did it happen?
- What did you do to be in the situation to receive it?

See the full post here.

Post 22 | Give a like if you agree :)

Share a tweet screenshot quote in your area of expertise

or field of work. You can also add your desired CTA at the
end of the text copy (and at the end of all other posts just
in case I haven’t mentioned it earlier!).
See the full post here.

Post 23 | Words like these make all the effort

worthwhile❤ Gratitude post for a meaningful compliment.
See the full post here.

Post 24 | I did it all alone.

There was a time I took pride in saying that. Not any
more.

Tweet SS post on a much-needed healthy reminder or use

the hook and share a personal story.

For example, in this post, I share how at one point in time I

loved doing it all alone and took pride in it until I realized
that there is actually no supremacy or brownie point in
doing it.

I guess it’s a message we all can relate to so why not

share it with your own unique take on this?!
See the full post here.
Post 25 | "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is
what keeps you going." - Jim Rohn

Share a quote in the text copy along with a listicle in tweet

ss format relating to the quote or vice-versa.

Choose the process based on what comes more naturally

to you.

That is if finding a resonating quote first followed by

creating the listicle is more comfortable for you then do
that or reverse the process. Start with the listicle and then
find a quote that compliments it. Totally your call.

For me, it was the latter!

Post 26 | Been a while I introduced myself.

Introduce yourself! (Yes, again! You are expanding your

network, adding new connections each day so such intro
posts once in a while are great and honestly, so helpful!)
See the full post here.

Post 27 | My biggest lesson this week 👇

Share your week’s most important:
- Learning
- Key takeaways
- New lesson/ process, in a carousel format.

Carousels are great for explaining a process, sharing

pointers on top tips, etc. In short, they make up for
interesting compilations and listicles.

And trust me, once you have the concept and the design
clear in your mind, they are super easy and quick to put
together.

In fact, LinkedIn algorithm loves them too!

You can use Canva app to create your own or take the help
of a graphic designer to create them for you.

So if you haven’t tried them yet, I invite you to give them a

try. Stir up the writer/designer within and get the ball
rolling!
See the full post here.
Post 28 | Answer questions you receive in DMs. Keep the
question/query as the post hook. Answer the FAQs first.
You can supplement the post with a relevant tweet ss.
See the full post here.

Post 29 | Give a like if you agree!

Create a tweet post on LinkedIn itself and ask your

audience do they agree aka does the post resonates with
them?

Believe me, you can’t go wrong with this given what you
are sharing is genuinely meaningful.

Side note: Currently, Tweet ss posts are getting a

reasonably higher reach and engagement as compared to
sharing the same message in text format. Of course, this
isn’t to say you should add a tweet quote ss with all your
text posts and this isn’t a generalization. Just an
observation I feel is worth mentioning.
See the full post here.
Post 30 | Answer a FAQ along with a one-line summary
answer in a quote/tweet ss. Keep the Q. as the post hook.
