Department Biometric Based Attendance Monitoring System Equipped with Short Message Service
(SMS) Technology

The research achieved the primary objective of the proponents, which is to design and develop
an attendance monitoring system for Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc - High School Department named as
"uScaniText", which is equipped with SMS Technology, it can be concluded that a reliable, secured, fast
and an efficient system has been developed replacing manual and unreliable system, this system can be
implemented in academic institutes for better result regarding the management of attendance.

The three aforementioned researches had focused on creating a monitoring system using
efficient
purposes such as security and efficiency which is an important improvement for the time-consuming uts
and Results
They eliminated away the manual recording of the time that each DYCI employee clocks in and
exits using the fingerprint scanner. Additionally, the research provided a payroll system that accelerates
the work of the human resources department by automatically computing salaries, mandatory
contributions, loans, taxes, and other deductions in as well as collecting biometric data.
2. RACS: Room Access Control System using Radio Frequency Identification
Output and Results
It prevents the entry of unauthorized person to a facility through the use of the system. RACS
with RFID help to eliminates security risk such as theft, corporate sabotage and other unlawful act. The
system also efficient in producing log reports detecting who entered the work area and when they
accessed it.
