Brief methodology for superintendent of works

As a superintendent of works, I shall do several activities and these are some of the
major ones.
1. Analyzing the scope of work,
2. Noting down the daily work progress and the weather,
3. Supervising the different tasks of the day,
4. ensuring safety and working within the schedule,
5. taking pictorial evidence of each work executed,
6. Keeping a site diary of the day and other records,
7. Compiling a weekly progress report of the works executed and then forwarding it
to the project manager, and
8. Reporting any shortcomings to the person in charge.
