I am writing this letter to apply for a career position in driving at your organization. I am a
Ugandan male aged 35 years I feel my Educational training and professional background makes
me well suited for the demands of this position. I completed a certificate course in Motor Vehicle
Technology part one at Uganda technical college, Lira in 1999 and strategic procurement and
logistics management at Makerere University, Kampala in 2005

I worked as a driver with Medicine San Frontier (MSF) from 2004 – 2007 and Norwegian
Refugee Council (NRC) from 2007 – August 2014.

Given my educational background, I believe I can contribute to the achievement of the

organization objectives by demonstrating self motivation, good interpersonal relations,
flexibility, good communication skill and professionalism in Driving and Mechanics. I am
confident that I meet the expectation required for the position.
