Good day!
I am writing this letter to express my interest to apply in Administrarive Officer II (AO
II) position somewhere in Sindangan or Siayan District.

I am JONEL SON H. ADANAO, 30 years old, and a bonafide resident of La

Concepcion, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte. I graduated with the degree of Bachelor
of Business Administration Major in Marketing Management at Saint Joseph College
of Sindangan Incorporated in year 2012 – 2013. I also finished my Master’s Degree at
Saint Vincent’s College in year 2016. With perseverance, I pursued and gained units in
Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies at Saint Joseph College of
Sind. Incorporated. I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers last September
24, 2023, with the rating of 78%.

I am currently working at Saint Joseph College of Sind. Inc. as an Accounting Office

Clerk/Cashier and as a part – time teacher. I’ve been working in this institution from
year 2013 up to present. I am also an on – call TESDA Housekeeping Trainer for 6
years already.

As an Office Clerk I worked on money related tasks which involved liquidation,

disbursing of expenses, preparing school revenue, posting of receipts, and ect... In line
with my job responsibilities is to make power point presentations, extract emails,
Google Spreadsheet, and other related programs. Through this, I am already literate
with computer, printer, phone, etc. to carry out the needed office duties and
responsibilities. I am confident that I have the qualifications you require for the
position. I am also willing to undergo trainings and seminars to develop more
knowledge and skills in this field.
