standard)

Concessions:
- Promote the Smart / TNT Prepaid number as community hotline number
- Selling and merchandising opportunities within the community and other areas where
people convene
- PR opportunities and acknowledgement
- First right of refusal in various LGU-initiated activities

PROPOSED DESIGN:
Smart will handle the installation and production of the materials.
