DISCOVERING THE FINEST METHODS FOR QUITTING SMOKING

Smoking can be really bad to both human physical and mental health. That’s why it’s needed
to have a proper teaching about smoking and its bad effects and to know how to quit that
bad addiction. If we can properly teach and make people understand about smoking, it can
contribute to both the person's personal life and society and lessen the damage smoking has
inflicted to our society.

Some claim that quitting smoking should be simple, but those who have a smoking addiction
know better. Due to their high levels of nicotine dependence, people with mental health
disorders also struggle to stop smoking. The difficulty of stopping smoking is also a result of
the barriers to quitting. These obstacles include peer support and influence, withdrawal
symptoms, fear of quitting completely, usage of other substances, end-of-month arguments,
boredom, and others.

Our research seeks to identify the best strategies for quitting smoking as a solution to this
issue. Participants who successfully quit smoking will be interviewed for the study to learn
about their experiences both before and after their cessation. They will also be asked for
recommendations and advice on how to quit smoking. The outcome of the study will be
communicated to the globe for it to act as advice for those that plans to quit smoking and
make quitting smoking simpler for them.Therefore, deaths caused by smoking will be
minimized and lives will be saved.
