and produce things? Do the materials and media support and complement the outlined learning
objectives? Do people engage and participate enough? This is the advice for me and us in using
materials and resources effectively, based on the answers to those questions.

I must say that everything went great during the exercise using the resources I employed, especially when I used
YouTube to catch the students' interest. Everyone is aware of how excited students are about watching movies.

It is necessary to summarize significant events or the kind of videos that have been watched when using YouTube.
With regards to the game they are playing, they must create a stop-motion animal. The remaining activities,
though, haven't been made into homework in a while.

Instead of using any application, I should have the kids take two to three minutes of video, highlight the important
parts of the movie, and then let them put on a sort of stage presentation as a result of the activities they carried
home from the video.

It is best to choose apps that the student is already familiar with while finalizing your decision. No time will be
wasted, and it is for the benefit of keeping the lesson's flow. I selected programs that are both practical and well-
liked by learners.

The use of instructional resources is necessary for every subject covered in the school
curriculum. This is unquestionably important for the educational process. By the use of media and
technology, they give children the opportunity to interact with words, symbols, and ideas in ways that
help them develop their reading, listening, seeing, thinking, speaking, and writing abilities. As
instructional materials are used, learning becomes more exciting, applicable, realistic, and appealing.
They also enable active and successful participation in class from both teachers and students. They
enable the development of skills and knowledge as well as the self-actualization and increase of self-

Learning tools are important because they can facilitate students' learning and help them
achieve higher levels of achievement. By allowing the learner to independently explore the material
while also providing repetition, this strategy improves learning. As a result, the instructor must choose
the proper resources or teaching materials in order to carry out the lesson and ensure equal learning.

Instructors should strike a balance among promoting effective learning and using LMS
technological tools and competent curricular guidelines. An LMS enables instructors to organize
online activities, guide and model dialogues, establish learning objectives, provide learners
options, and support problem-solving through decision-making procedures. The presence of an
instructor in an LMS promotes an engaging learning environment. With the use of an LMS,
students can maintain their individuality, enthusiasm, and motivation.

Communicate with other educators in the teaching profession and from other fields to get their

Learning management systems (LMSs) have risen to prominence during the past ten years as
the norm on college campuses. Yet, some professors, particularly those who teach online, are
becoming more and more dissatisfied with the LMS's restrictions. In the current internet age,
using learning management systems (LMS) as learning tools is seen as a crucial cure to address

Being aware that not all students have better internet connections and that some students will
eventually disconnect, teachers should remain able to adapt and prepare for the unexpected. However,
at some points, teachers have developed strong relationships with their students and are unchanged by
this. He made use of a poll and some zoom reaction. If a student missed any of the discussion due to a
disconnecting issue, he handed them a soft copy of the prior lesson to review.

Honesty , I'm not at all shocked by what I observed; the only thing that grabs my attention is how the
teacher manages chaos and unexpected situations; flexible teaching attracts me. I'm truly grateful to see
the kind of teacher who has his heart wide open to learners.
2. Teacher should be aware of students' activities and how they act during class. They should also
gather information from social media because there is a lot of activity there. By adding students to social
media, teachers can help students understand who they are as people and what they want from
education. In addition, you can have a student spy on you so you know what's going on in their group
chat. So, when you meet again, you can change your lesson plan to fit their preferences while still having
fun.

Aside from web conferences, teachers often use messenger to check on learners who are having
problems. Teachers shouldn't message students personally unless it's an emergency because they run
the risk of being bullied if a classmate misinterprets. They created a group chat where he could leave a
student activity if they had access to online apps. In addition, the teacher could provide a topic for them
to study in advance for the next meeting in this chat group.

Also, you may add your student to their social media accounts to learn more about him or her. This is
because certain students in this generation are more likely to spend a lot of time on social media. By
include them, you may know more about them and provide them with appropriate guidance. You can
also motivate them by discussing what their problems are, as teaching involves more than just sharing
knowledge; it also entails encouraging students to work harder and in more productive ways.

3. As a student who wants to learn, I find a way to study what my topic has been missed. I ask my
teacher if she has a copy of the lesson that she can send to the class so that I may not run out of time
thinking about what I should learn. The low internet connection in my area probably forced me to
disconnect because of the low signal.

16.

Yes, it is good to add their opinions or what they have learned during the teacher's talk because
formative evaluation is one of the ways to enhance each student's knowledge. As this will be the basis of
their knowledge, students will be able to tell if they understood or learned anything throughout the
formative assessment process.

Yes, students performed well on formative assessment tasks because they were able to complete them
correctly, and many students received beneficial outcomes.

They are even more motivated to improve and complete the lesson objectives because of their
mistakes. As one evaluates their own learning, they can identify areas where they are having difficulty
and learn from their mistakes to develop those areas.
Reflect

Formative evaluation, sometimes referred to as self-assessment, is essential since it makes it much

easier to determine what each student already knows or has acquired. If there is no formative
evaluation or self-assessment, the learning outcomes will be impacted because the instructor won't
know if each student has learned anything and won't know when the study ends. The student will
struggle without formative or self-assessment since they won't be able to apply their knowledge,
memory, or abilities to the material covered by the instructor. By showing our students their progress
made, formative evaluation enables them to actively control and modify their own learning. This enables
our students to stay on top of their academic goals.

Observe.

Evaluate a student's understanding of a skill or lesson as it is being learned or taught. The fact that
formative assessment activities offer feedback to teaching and learning, which can then be used to
improve student performance, is one aspect of their development that went well. As a result, students
become more involved in the learning process and gain confidence in the material they are supposed to
study and the level at which they are expected to do so.

Reflect

a teacher may utilize formative assessments to identify areas of difficulty or often occurring

17. reflect

I observed that limitations and actual context are related to authentic appraisal. This demonstrates
directly that the subject demands that the pupils put in the effort. Additionally, it gives students the
power to direct their own education. I came to the conclusion that genuine evaluation inspires me to
develop a novel approach that not only helps students comprehend the material covered in class but
also better prepares them to function in the contemporary world. In order to help kids learn more than
just a restricted amount of information and knowledge, I will choose authentic assessment even if
traditional evaluation is preferred by the majority of pupils.

18. analyze

My personal opinion is that teaching exam results implies that the students or the instructor are aware
of what each student has learned during the session. How can they better themselves, as well as how
can a teacher stimulate his or her students? Enable the teacher in determining the students' grade level.

Although I think that not all students are constantly interested in all courses, I think that the Filipino
topic did well because many students do not struggle with it and because the kids are already literate in
Tagalog terminology. And in my opinion, English and Mathematics are the worst subjects since some
pupils in English have trouble understanding, summarizing, or assessing language. They struggle to solve
and interpret mathematical puzzles. Since it can be challenging to define formulas and convert them
into English language, math and English are challenging topics.

Attending a parent-teacher conference is a great approach to establish good contact between the
parent and the teacher so that they can plan how to deal with each student since the teacher talks
about the student's behavior. And based on my observation in the classroom, the instructor reports on
the academic progress of the students.

During our interview, some parents shared that they were pleased to see their children doing well in
their studies and thanked the teacher for trying his best to support them on that day. Other parents
shared advice on how to help their children improve their grades and fully achieve the grade that is
expected for each lesson.

Reflect

In my interaction with the instructor, I found that while some parents and children thank the teacher for
assigning them a grade and assisting them in their learning, others are confused as to why they received
such a low grade. The teacher carefully explains to the students the test results, assignments, and
performance. Encourage parents to help their children develop their knowledge, effort, and skills as a
consequence.
Observe

is that the teacher initiated it at the start of class. At the beginning of class, students should be made
aware of the grading procedures and informed that the course mark will only be determined by
achievement. Stay clear from bias as well. If you have any doubts, look over the evidence. If you're still
unsure, give the higher rating.

Act.

I need to conduct further research or observation to gain a better understanding of the strategies that
will enable me to accomplish my objectives of ensuring that the scoring and conduct of parent-teacher
meetings are smooth and that kids' learning is enhanced.

To better understand what has to be done to build the skills, through research, observation, and
interviewing. Additional strategies, such as grading processes or conducting PTC, may be used to
motivate educators and parents to assist children in achieving their educational goals.

Some of the course materials she is using are poor. The students find it too simple, and they become
bored soon. They don't seem interested, so she doesn't want to spend hours planning.

If the lesson is boring and the material doesn't apply to the students' knowledge or abilities. Obviously,
it's important to adhere to the plan rather than the course book, and to switch out the book whenever
possible.

My strategy is to divide the class into those who are willing to learn and those who don't care about the

of my teaching methods require improvement, and then, after observing how well it meets their needs, I
will be able to direct them in other tasks.

Student noise presents a challenge for teachers. We are aware that the greatest factor
influencing how well pupils learn is good. We all want to support great teachers in their efforts to
become even better educators by presenting data that demonstrates the importance of good acoustics
as an essential element of a healthy indoor environment. For this, we have gathered proof of the
significance that teachers who were polled during their careers reported having voice issues. Teachers
reported having vocal issues at a rate of 32% compared to non-teachers at 1%.

In order to help kids better adapt to our fast changing cultures, we must encourage them to
participate in increasingly varied activities. Students today need a variety of new abilities, such as those
for teamwork, communication, creativity, and critical thinking.

Noise is defined as something that lacks an appealing quality or is obviously disagreeable or loud
by Merriam-Webster. Young children have a right to peaceful spaces in schools for learning, teaching,
and exams, yet classroom noise is on the rise in schools, colleges, and universities. Where hearing loss
and tinnitus are prevalent, these high noise levels can also be harmful to teachers' hearing. For example,
a recent Swedish study found that seven out of ten female preschool teachers experience sound-
induced auditory fatigue, one out of two had trouble following speech, and four out of ten have
developed hypersensitivity to sound. Also, there are noise levels within ordinary classrooms, renovated
classrooms (35), new classrooms, and classrooms used by kids with special needs, as well as levels
outside the school that are in relation to WHO standards (50).

The researcher wants to reduce this issue in this investigation. She wanted a more correct
analysis of why certain of his kids are giggling students so she could create strategies, initiatives, and
programs to limit their noises. That is why researcher would do action-on research to understand them
better. Moreover, when using small clusters, data items that are irrelevant to data mining are referred
to as noise. The performance of different clustering approaches in terms of "me" and "space" is
negatively impacted by noise, a significant challenge in cluster analysis. . The best strategy to reduce
noise in a classroom is to keep group sizes small. Although structural variables that affect noise levels in
classrooms should be taken into consideration, they cannot be the only ones. The children themselves
are the main source of noise. The more people in the gathering, the more noise is produced.
Consequently, keeping group sizes small enough is the most effective strategy to stop noise in
classrooms.
2.

This study aims to provide information on how to reduce the high noise levels of grade 7 students in a
small cluster at Ema Emits College Philippines in the 2022–2023 academic year. It aims to respond to the
following queries.

1. What are the factors that cause High Noise Levels of grade 7 students?

2. Is there a significant relationship between small cluster and Minimizing High Noise Levels of grade 7
students ?

3.What is the frequency of Minimizing High Noise Levels of grade 7 students when grouped into :

3.1 before small cluster ?

3.2 after small cluster ?

Several studies have found that motivated students do better academically and are happier. are
more inclined to persevere in the face of academic challenges. To achieve good acoustics that support
all aspects of communication, speaking, hearing, and listening for one-way and multi-way dialogue, it's
necessary to look at building and acoustic design from various perspectives to ensure the following. To
achieve higher standardized test scores. Teachers need to comprehend why students behave as they do.
In many cases, the behavior allows students to obtain something they want or avoid something they do
not want.

This study investigated various background noise levels to determine the extent to which they
affected student learning activities. These two levels were comparing “quiet” background noise and
“average activity chatter noise on learner performance. Lower noise levels allow students with the
opportunity for longer processing me, which results in improved accuracy. This study shows that
reading comprehension problems caused by unfavorable classroom noise levels can affect adolescents.

Small clustering noise

The goal of the study is to determine how responsive a specific clustering approach is to noise in
terms of me. We have employed partitioned or non-hierarchical clustering-based clustering algorithms,
which build the clusters in a single phase as opposed to multiple steps. The ambient background sound
levels in classrooms had a substantial negative correlation with test scores for a number of subjects,
according to research comparing school standardize assessment test scores of young kids with internal
noise levels. Researchers made ground-breaking discoveries that the majority of noise in school
classrooms was generated by students themselves while engaged in instructional activities rather than
the commonly believed noise from roads, trains, and planes.
4.

In order to minimize high noise levels for children in grade 7, this study will concentrate on the problem
of small cluster noises. In addition, the questions regarding the sources of Noise will be dependent on
the students. The record of their noise will be taken between August 2022 and January 2023. Census
sampling will be used by the researcher. The forty-four (44) Grade 7 pupils who participated in sections
1 and 2 are the respondents. The number of responders who will receive the intervention is shown in

They are just really curious to hear and watch this type of stage performance because they are already
familiar with several YouTube applications. The elements and layout of the stage play for the lesson
were made clear with the aid of the WPS program. The pupils were given a copy of the lesson in addition
to witnessing the kind of stage. After watching a stage play from a new angle on YouTube, the main
moments will be highlighted.

Analye 14

I must say that things went extremely well when I used the tools I had for the activity, especially when I
used YouTube to get the children interested. Everyone is aware of how eager students are to watch
movies.

A list of important events or the kinds of films viewed is necessary when utilizing YouTube. Create a
stop-motion animal for the game they are playing. But, the homework for the remaining tasks hasn't
been assigned in a while.

Instead of utilizing an app, I could have the kids watch a two to three minute film, highlight the
important parts, and then use the activities they did while viewing the video at home to create a sort of
stage show.

It's preferable to select apps that the learner is already familiar with before making your final decision.
There won't be any time wasted, and it will assist keep the lesson moving in the right direction. I choose
programs that students will find helpful and like.

I think I have the abilities needed to create and make use of an app that will help with teaching and
learning. I can also state that I'm still trying to understand the widely used software that's necessary for
teaching and learning.

I can argue that I have to be informed in advance whether a program is available. I need to know which
applications are suited for particular class topics because not all programs are suitable for all topics.

I think I should regularly download and use applications for reading and practice.
