As Required
□ Check and adjust loader and backhoe boom locks □ Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve
□ Inspect tires and check pressure □ Inspect belt
□ Check wheel fasteners □ Lubricate MFWD drive shaft spline (if equipped)
□ Clean or replace cab fresh air and recirculation filters (if equipped) □ Lubricate side shift frame - 315SG
□ Inspect and clean hydraulic reservoir fill screen □ Lubricate stabilizer leg wear strips - 315SG
□ Drain water and sediment from fuel tank □ Lubricate extendable dipperstick (if equipped)
□ Clean or replace engine air filter elements □ Lubricate non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped)
Every 10 Hours or Daily
□ Check hydraulic reservoir oil level □ Lubricate backhoe bucket linkage pivots and cylinder rod ends
□ Check engine oil level □ Lubricate backhoe pivot points
□ Check radiator coolant level □ Lubricate front axle and steering cylinder pivots
□ Lubricate loader pivot points □ Lubricate MFWD front axle U-joints (if equipped)
□ Lubricate stabilizers and pivots □ Lubricate loader quick coupler (if equipped)
Initial Service - 100 Hours1
□ Change engine break-in oil and replace filter □ Replace transmission oil filter
Every 100 Hours
□ Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots □ Lubricate rear axle oscillating pivot
Every 250 Hours
□ Check MFWD planetary housing oil level (if equipped) □ Take engine oil sample
□ Check MFWD front axle housing oil level (if equipped) □ Take hydraulic oil sample
□ Check battery electrolyte level; clean and tighten terminals □ Take diesel fuel sample
□ Check rear axle fluid level □ Take transmission oil sample
□ Check transmission fluid level
Initial Service - 500 Hours1
□ Drain and refill front and rear axle oil □ Replace axle oil filters
Every 500 Hours
□ Check coolant conditioner □ Replace hydraulic reservoir breather
□ Check air intake hoses □ Drain, warm and refill engine oil and replace engine oil filter
□ Replace hydraulic oil filter □ Replace final fuel filter
□ Check boom-to-dipperstick pivot pin bolt torque □ Take engine coolant sample
Every 1000 Hours
□ Clean, pack, and adjust non-powered front wheel bearing (if equipped) □ Drain and refill rear axle oil
□ Drain and refill MFWD planetary housing oil (if equipped) □ Check engine speed
□ Drain and refill MFWD front axle housing oil (if equipped) □ Drain and refill hydraulic reservoir oil
□ Clean engine crankcase vent tube □ Drain and refill transmission and torque converter oil
□ Replace transmission oil filter □ Replace engine air cleaner elements
Every 2000 Hours
□ Adjust engine valve lash
