A connector or module, often called an outlet module, is telecommunications jack installed

Several manufacturers provide specially designed inserts for modular furniture in multiple-
Jack configurations. These inserts are designed to fitin a specific model of furniture.
Caution must be taken to maintain the required panel separation between power cabling and
telecommunications cabling.
