    USAGE
    When entering commercial establishments, government offices and other places of transactions, please present for scanning to record
    your check-in

    HOW IS THIS USED


    In case Juan tested positive of Covid-19 infection, HERTF will review Juan's relevant check-ins (e.g. was at Pagkamoot Cafe at 7pm on
    Aug. 9, 2020). HERTF will then check, "who else were there at Pagkamoot Cafe at this date, around this time?"

    ALERTING YOU...
    If the system matched that you happened to be there, HERTF* will alert you via call or SMS that, "you may have been in contact with
    Juan", and with your cooperation, appropriate health advise and care will be provided to you.

    IMPORTANT REMINDERS
    (1) Do not share with anyone Keep your ID personal, private and confidential.
    (2) Do not fold! Always keep the QR code clean and clear.
