refund my balance amount as per the company policy and the Haryana Affordable housing
policy 2013. I am totally aware that Surrender of shop is subject to cancellation / admin charges
in addition to taxes such as GST etc. Further, I hereby relinquish all my rights, title and interest
whatsoever in my aforesaid application and after the refund of my payment I shall have no
rightsor claim on the said shop and Allotment letter/ Builder Buyer Agreement stands terminated.
You are requested to please do the needful as per the company policy and Affordable Housing
Policy and refund my payment at the earliest.
