Using knowledge management in education

Knowledge management is a system that allows you to communicate vital information within a
business or organization. When knowledge management is effective, it can help people find the
information they need more quickly and thereby increase productivity.

when I searched on google about what is knowledge management is I got what is written above
and i felt it very interesting and I    search more on this topic then I got that how important it is so
it just clicked in my mind that we can use it in educational system .So when I searched more
about this like knowledge management in higher education there were so many researchers who
already published about this topic .And then I got that the competition in which I am participated
is also a part of this management where government is trying to collect your knowledge which is
currently in tacit knowledge form to make it in explicit form they organize such type of
competition to find innovative ideas from different fields of student it seems very interesting .But
about knowledge management so many students have no idea that how much it is useful for us .

when we hear knowledge management it feels a shorter term but it’s not you can make it more
vast as you can and I think only such type of competition will not help to make tacit knowledge
into explicit institution needs more things by which they can collect data from student, teachers
and other staff. But such type of competition only happens in recognized universities.

To make more effective we can start giving assessment which can be related with trending topics
related to their studies to get latest knowledge about their field and to tell them to research on
that topic and write a blog and institution needs to add one more thing on their official website
that student's Blog on different topic and needs to publish every week or month it depends upon
the institution .So what will happen student will try to make their best to get publish in blog and
it will increase compentence level and so many students will gain knowledge by their friends
blog and they can read that blog with interest bacause it will have written by their friend . And by
these we can easily reach out to the students very easily through internet.

Their blog will help organisation in future because they already have a lot information about that
topic and that’s how student will become more active to research on different and to innovate
more ideas.

For me idea is solution of problem .

So rather than thinking on Idea think on your problem you will get better result .
