1. Class Program

The School has designed class program that will cater the needs of learners in
the limited face-to-face arrangement and distance education.
Based on the enrollment data for SY 2021-2022, the average number of leaners per grade lev-
el is 30, hence, classes are to be grouped into two (2) sets. Set A for Grade 12 will be reporting to
a Face-to-face class for Monday & Tuesday on Week 3– for April, 1 & 3 on May and while Set B
is on a modular learning at home and take same schedule EVERY Wednesday & Thursday.
While Grade 11 Set A will be reporting to school on Week 4 on April, and for week 2, & 4 on
May. While Set B is on a modular learning and take same schedule every Wednesday and Thurs-
day.
Friday will be devoted for the learners to do assessments and performance tasks accom-
plishments as well as reading activities and enrichments. It will also be the schedule for school
disinfection.
Learners who have comorbidities and those who are married and have
babies will be doing the modular class. Several of the learners living in the
far flung barangays/sitios chose the modular class.

The school has ensured an attendance monitoring of learners to determine
those exhibiting difficulties in coming to school so that they will be advised to
be on full distance learning.

School Form2 (Daily Attendance Report of Learners) will be used to


monitor the level of participation of learners in the Face to Face classes.
4. CONSULTATION WITH PARENTS

The school has informed teachers to conduct consultation with


parents, provision of feedback and instructional support and
WHLP and other related tasks after face-to-face classes.

Parental consent and waiver forms were distributed and


signed by the parents from March 31—April 18, 2022.

An orientation was also conducted so parents are aware of the


content of the consent and the risks on the health of their
children.

III. TEACHER SUPPORT
The proposal for implementation of Limited Face to Face classes was
discussed during the series of Teacher’s Meeting last February 2022. It was
agreed that the school will conduct Limited Face to Face classes before May
2022 for Grades 11 & 12. During the Teacher’s Meeting , the School Head
discussed the plans on the implementation of Face to Face, things to be
prepared and what should be done during the Face–to–Face classes.

The school has provided an appropriate learning and development


support plan in providing better quality basic education services.

Learning Action Cell Sessions highlighted the provision of remediation


and intervention for learners during the face-to-face classes. Coaching,
mentoring and training relevant to facilitating blended approach.

The school has oriented teachers on the Budget of Works.

Orientation on the implementation of the Most Essential


Learning Competencies included in the Budget of Works.

The proposal for the implementation of the limited


face-to-face was discussed during the series of teachers meeting in
February to March 2022. The topic on MELC was also discussed
in those meeting.
