    association. INC on march 26, 2023 zone 13-A puli carmen, cagayan de oro city.

    Resolution no. 09 - 2023

    A resolution putting an agreement to pay the amount registration to the department of human
    settlements and urban poor development. Where as, officers and members of Kahugpungan
    kahayag sa panaghiusa association. INC agreed to contribute the amount of (₱60.00) sixty
    pesos each to pay the exact registration to the department of human settlement and urban poor
    development.

    Where as, payment and fees are:


    1.) Articles and information examination = ₱760
    2.) By laws of examination = 780
    3.) Registration of books (5 book x ₱50.00) = 250
    4.) Inspector fee (₱1,500 x 3 hectares) = 4,500
    5.) Documentary stamp = 20

    Total of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - – - - - - - - ₱ 6,310

    Whereas, those who paid are the beneficiary of the solid association named KKPAI.
