The graph shows that many students have incomplete grades in Quarter 1

and 2 due to no submission of outputs on time, failed to communicate to their

advisers and subject teachers.

Upon the adjustment made by the schools by strengthening the

implemented Projects intended for SARDO’s such as Project RIO this numbers
significantly decrease in the third quarter period and make it zero in the fourth and
final quarter.

Advisers, Subject Teachers and Volunteer are helping and working hand-in-
hand in searching for the students address and talking to the parents and students
in discussing the most convenient way for them in passing their outputs and helping
them in answering their modules.
Base on the graph presented, many students from Grade 7 to Grade 10 are
showing their intention to drop-out in the first and second quarter for the reasons
that they find it quite difficult to cope up with the lessons, financial issues that
makes them to decide working to help their parents in supporting their everyday
needs, unable to communicate to their teachers and advisers due to lack of
communication devices etc.

After assessing the problems encountered by our students, the schools

through the help pf the advisers, teachers and volunteers push their limits in
helping our students through home visitation and giving them the assurance to
deliver and retrieve their module with the stated schedule. With this in the 3 rd and
4th quarter the number of SARDO’s significantly drop to zero.
