My Conducive Learning Environment

While I'm still there conducting my field research, the students' educational experiences will be improved
because of the learning opportunities I have as an intern at CLDDMIHS. This will benefit not only myself but
also the kids. Even though I have faith in both my actions and my responsibility, I must admit that there are still
times when I feel uneasy and embarrassed. This is when I am monitoring a class with students who have
behavioral concerns. But because this is the career path I've chosen; I'm going to make the most of it and
immerse myself in it.

Because my co-teacher gave me responsibility for them, I can give each student individualized feedback on
how well they do in school and how they act.

The perseverance of the students will be acknowledged, and I am sure students will be happy if their efforts
are recognized by the teacher. I made a point of praising pupils who do well in class and listing their names
because those children will have an advantage in the activity, they are participating in. For those who did not, I
offered words of encouragement and inspiration, telling them that they could perform significantly better the
next time and that they could achieve their goals. Participate in the lesson, as their response might be correct,
and don't be scared to respond yourself, even if you think it might be wrong.

I have faith that the students will be successful in their academic endeavors. Aside from that, they need to feel
safe, respected, accepted, and healthy. The following are requirements for this goal's daily maintenance and
successful completion: It is essential for them to have a strong sense of connection with and support from their
instructor.

In order to provide a conducive learning environment, in addition to a well-lit and well-ventilated classroom, the
primary focus of accommodating learning is the cognitive and emotional states of the most essential
stakeholders in education.
