I. RATIONALE/VALUE OF THE ACTIVITY

Youth nowadays plays a big role in our society and we can’t deny that one of their
strengths are their voices and influences. It seems like they know the path they are taking
but then, how did drugs become a part of their “exploring” phase throughout their path of
growing and developing? This seminar will help other people, especially teens, to redirect
their perspective about life and completely lose their way of thinking to use and indulge
in drugs. This will serve as their guide and a wake up call for them to do what is right.
Teaching about drug education is a stepping stone for us to lessen and prevent the life
destruction of people. As they will grow older, what they learned from this seminar will
help them to clear their mindset and heart, they will prioritize what is good and better for
them.

II. EXPECTED OUTPUT

The following are the objectives for the course seminar—Drug education.

● To acquire fundamental knowledge about the background and classifications of

illegal drugs.
● To provide knowledge and awareness about the various causes of illegal drugs
