    This ultrasound report is for a 28-year-old pregnant woman named Ababech Gedif. The ultrasound found a singleton intrauterine pregnancy at 34 weeks and 4 days gestation. Fetal heart activity was present and the fetus was in a cephalic presentation. Biometric measurements were consistent with 34 weeks gestation and the fetus was deemed to have appropriate growth for gestational age. The placenta was located posteriorly with no abnormalities. Doppler studies were normal. Amniotic fluid volume was adequate and no gross fetal anomalies were found. The conclusion was of a normal third trimester pregnancy with reassuring biophysical profile.

     Placenta is located posteriorly, grannum G-2 calcification.
     Doppler study showed normal findings.
     Adequate Amniotic Fluid Volume
     No Gross Fetal Anomaly.
    Conclusion –
     Normal 3rd trimester Pregnancy
     Reassuring Bpp
