    Additional Requirements for the New Buyer:


    1. New Buyer’s Information Sheet
    2. Proof of Billing
    3. Birth Certificate (if single)
    4. Marriage Certificate (if married w/ 2 valid ID’s of husband/ wife)
    5. Proof of Income (Payslip, COE, ITR)
