Fees Structure

1. The school Fees cover twelve calendar months. No reduction is made for holidays or
broken periods.

2. Fees to be paid on May, August, November and February for 4 Quarters (1st-15th of
given months). Failing to pay the fees on time will lead to the imposition of a fine of
Rs. 50/- per quarter.

3. Fees can be paid only in Cheque or online. If a cheque is not honoured, a fine of Rs.
150/- will be levied.

4. Kindly ensure that the fee for each term is cleared on or before the
commencement of the termly examinations. Students failing to pay the fees on time
will be considered defaulters and will not be allowed to appear for the termly
examination.

5. Parents /Guardians should see that the fees is paid quarterly. May deposit all the
fees at a time at the beginning of the year.

6. Absence does not mean exemption from paying fees.


7. Students joining or leaving the School (applying for TC) during any term will have to
pay the fees for the year.

8. The school fees and other dues are liable to be revised at any time. Tuition fees will
be increased 10% every year.

9. Authority to grant concession lies solely with the Principal

10. Fees will be received by the SOUTH INDIAN BANK on behalf of the Institution. The
staffs of the South Indian Bank are agents for collecting the fees. They are only
rendering a service to us and are not in a position to clarify rules and regulations.
For any clarifications regarding the fees, kindly approach the school.

11. Fees can be paid to SOUTH INDIAN BANK, Kay M Plaza, G.S. Road, Dispur - 781006
or SOUTH INDIAN BANK, Peace Centre, Ambari, Guwahati - 781001 from 10.00 am
to 2.00 pm and from 2.30 to 4.00 pm on working days. On Saturdays from 10:00 am
to 1:00 pm.

12. Bank provides online fees payment through the website


www.payumoney.com/littleflowerschool. Parents can utilize this facility provided
by the bank.

13. Amount once paid will not be refunded/adjusted with other quarters.
14. The School fees for all classes for the year 2018-2019 are as follows:
