Notes:
(a) Total Sales Value (TSV) = Sales consideration for apartments excluding charges on possession.
(b) Charges on Possession - Maintenance Charges , Stamp Duty, Registration Charges & other Miscellaneous charges will be extra.
(c) Two Car Park slot per 4 BHK unit & Three Car Park slot per Penthouse Unit shall be allocated.
(d) Maintenance charges & Sinking Fund, extra as applicable as per terms of application form and Agreement for Sale, to be paid in advance for one year at the time of possession.
(e) Prices and payment plan are subject to revision without prior notice.
(f) Allotment shall be subject to terms & conditions of the standard application form and agreement for sale between the parties.
(g) GST /Govt. Levies, Cess, if any shall be extra.
(h) Cheque / DD shall be drawn in favor of "Adani M2K Projects LLP".
