PDCA
1 – Plan They're doing an assessment to cover all of these risks and hazards in
a method statement. It is their job to foresee and prevent every possible risk
from happening. It can be everything from the obvious safety precautions like
wearing gloves and eye protection to educating colleagues about the
actual risks. We call this initial stage the "Plan" phase.
2 – Do Inform all employees of potential risks and risks. She is cross-checking her
lists, making sure they have all the right gear. such as appropriate tools and
safety equipment. Well, it certainly looks like everything is in order.
3 – Check to go through the methodstatement, looking into possible deviations
from the original plan, in need of correction until the next day. is also making
sure that work can be continued totally safe,
4 – Act evaluating just about every step of the working process. Now is the time
to act on the insights from the work process.
