The Directorate of Health Gilgit Baltistan vide office order no. 1834/DHS/Offrs/2020 date 15th

February, 2023 that a committee comprising for analyze the performance of DHQ Hospitals:

1. DHQ Hospital Gahkuch Ghizer

2. DHQ Hospital Sikandarabad Nagar

3. DHQ Hospital Aliabad Hunza

Being Gyanae Consultant I have been assign to inspect the above sr# 2 and 3 DHQ Hospitals.

The detail observation is as accorded as follows:
