Transportation is comprised of three travelways: air, sea and land. Where two travelways meet, there is a transitional facility, such as an
airport serves between air and land travel; a more complex on-ramp connecting a highway with a roadway. A landing is similar transitional
facility between land and water travel, where one mode of travel (eg: car) is left while the other (eg: boat) is left in place.
