Parents will start in the Teams meeting for the Opening Assembly.

After the Opening Assembly, parents will enter the Teams meeting for their child’s homeroom, and then
move into the different teachers rooms when the evening. Teachers will move in and out of the virtual
Teams rooms throughout the evening.

Parents may also use this overview of the teachers and click on their name in order to go to the
teacher’s Teams virtual room.

Grades 11 and 12: Parents will have to look at the schedule of MYP classes above and see when the DP
teacher is free. Then they can click on the link for that teacher’s Teams virtual room.
