Topic 1

At work, we always show the strengths and weaknesses of each person and so am I. From
what I've seen of myself in my previous work, I think I've come to realize that I have
traits that can affect my work both positively and negatively.
First, I’m very collaborative and have always preferred to work in groups. In the project
teams I’ve directed, members work with a variety of people and are motivated by diverse
creative tasks.
Second, I’ve always been a natural leader. With over 2 years of experience in finance and
sales, I’ve exceeded my KPIs every quarter and have been promoted t in last years and I
know continuing to build my leadership skills is something I want from my next role.
Next, I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of
motivation that drives me to do my best. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge
myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work.
Finally, I’m naturally shy. From high school and into my early professional interactions,
it prevented me from speaking up. After being a part of a workgroup that didn’t meet our
strategic goals two quarters in a row, I knew I owed it to my team and myself to
confidently share my ideas.
Through the above, I realize my own strengths and the things that need to be improved at
work. In addition, I realized that I need to put in more effort to succeed in the future

Topic 2
Environmental pollution has always been a global problem. For the local government,
addressing this issue is essential in identifying the main problem and figuring out how to
solve it.
The main polution in my local is water polution. The main cause of water pollution in my
locality is partly due to the fact that the water plants do not go through the strict treatment
process but directly discharge it into the river which is also the main source of water for
many households in my locality. . Part of it is because people's awareness is not good
when they keep dumping garbage straight into the river. To solve this problem, we need
to strictly handle factories that violate regulations and raise people's awareness of
environmental protection.
Although the law has strict regulations on sanctioning acts that cause environmental
pollution, to prevent this from happening, the best way is to propagate and raise the
awareness of people from young to old. To make the environment clean and beautiful

Topic 3
In our life, relationships are always very complicated sometimes it leads to
breakup if you don't treat it carefully. I also stood on the verge of breaking up with
my friend but luckily I got over it.

It happened last July, my friend and I had a date at a coffee shop but due to a bit of
communication problem, we were on the wrong date so when my friend arrived
and waited for me to arrive The day went by and he still didn't see me, causing him
to get angry and start calling me to scold me. When I received a call with
unexpected scoldings, I was also angry because I was scolded for bad marks that
day, so I was a bit angry. Even though I don't remember what we said to each
other, I still remember the anger in his words and then we fought each other for
weeks. After a while, I also calmed down and thought about it, and I began to
regret what I said. I really wanted to apologize to him and make up so I plucked up
the courage to apologize and explain to him, fortunately he accepted my apology
and everything ended well.

After that, every time I think about something, I think carefully before I say it and
you should too because words don't cost money to choose words that please each
other.

Topic 4
In everyone's life, we always accomplish something like winning the lottery,
buying a house, etc. But for me, what I achieved means the most to me when I
learned how to play the guitar.
It was when on my 15th birthday, one of the gifts I received was a guitar, that I
was immediately drawn to this instrument. From that day I started to learn how to
use it, so I was determined to learn how to play the guitar but unfortunately there is
no place around where I live that teaches how to play the instrument, so I asked my
uncle to give it as a gift. I the guitar taught me how to play the guitar. At the
beginning of the study I found it very difficult, sometimes I wanted to give up
because it was all too new for me, but when I started to get used to it, everything
was much easier and I felt lucky because I had never give up.
Learning the guitar has opened up a whole new world for me, it has taught me
patience and everything will work out so take it slow and feel all the things that
unfold in the process.

I’ve recently got into Ariana Grande’s music, so I’m going to talk about her. Ariana’s
been around for quite some time now, debuting in 2013, achieving some success with
that first album.
However, although her songs have always been catchy, her voice sweet and tender,
she wasn’t really a top star until recently. Her latest album is what launches her into
superstardom, with the lead single “Thank u, next” topping music charts all around
the world.
The song “Thank u, next” was released on November 3, 2018, It was inspired by a
phrase frequently used by Grande and Monét, "Thank U, Next" is a pop and R&B track
that deals with the singer's thoughts and views on relationships. past relationships,
which respectively refer to ex-boyfriends she dated such as Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez,
Pete Davidson and Mac Miller. But it also has a positive connotation because she
