I, ___________________________________________________, do solemnly swear that I will

faithfully, truly and to the best of my judgement, skill, and ability, execute and perform the duties
required of me as a officer, volunteer, candidate representative, etc. as the case may be, of the
Executive Committee Elections - 2023 of Sri Jain Seva Sangh.

 That I will not, nor attempt to directly or indirectly obtain or communicate any information as to
how an elector is about to vote or has voted; to induce an elector to show his/her marked ballot to
any person; and/or display or allowed to be displayed a candidates election campaign material in
a Voter Assistance Centre (Voting Place)
 Whatever I see or hear of a confidential nature or that is confided to me in my official capacity
will be kept ever secret unless revelation is necessary in the performance of my duty. I shall not
remove any written document from the voting area without the written consent of the Election
Commission.
 I will not disclose, communicate or convey or allow to be disclosed, communicated, or conveyed
directly or indirectly to any person, any private or confidential information whatsoever obtained
by me or in or about the performance of my duties or by virtue of my position as the member of
the Sri Jain Seva Sangh Election Organization Committee, Candidate Representative, Volunteer,
officer; and
 I further promise and swear that I will not allow any person or persons to inspect or have access
to any written statement, departmental record, roll, return, correspondence, plan, photograph, or
any other paper or over which I have any control and I will conscientiously endeavor to prevent
any person from inspecting or having access to any such information as aforesaid.
 That I will maintain and aid in maintaining the secrecy of the voting.

 DECLARATION

 We, the below signed Contesting Candidates/Representatives of Contesting Candidates of

Sri Jain Seva Sangh Election 2023 hereby state that we have inspected all the EVM’s as
provided by the ECIL, Hyderabad for the purpose of Sri Jain Seva Sangh Elections 2023
which are to be conducted at Navjeevan Balika Vidyalaya on this 26th Day of February
2023.
 Further, it is accepted and confirmed that all the equipment related and attached to the
EVM’s are appropriate and functioning as desired.
 It is also verified that there is no data already existing/stored/recorded within these
EVM’s.
 In addition, as these EVM’s are provided by independent third-party Government
company (i.e. ECIL) we shall adhere to the rules and regulations as required and
communicated by them.
 Post inspection of these EVM’s we declare that these EVM’s are functioning properly
and cannot be interfered or tampered with in any manner and fit for conduct of free and
fair elections.
