DECLARATION - CLOSING

 We, the below signed Contesting Candidates/Representatives of Contesting

Candidates of Sri Jain Seva Sangh Election 2023 hereby state that we have inspected
all the EVM’s as provided by the ECIL, Hyderabad for the purpose of Sri Jain Seva
Sangh Elections 2023 which are to be conducted at Navjeevan Balika Vidyalaya on
this 26th Day of February 2023.
 We are fully satisfied with the seals of the machines after voting has been completed.
It is the same as it was at the time the voting had commenced in the morning of 26th of
February 2023. There is no type of damage or tampering to the EVM – Electronic
Voting Machines.
 After verification of seals, compiling of data in each EVM has taken place before us
by the ECIL officials to get the final figures. The election officers have fairly declared
all the results before us.
 We are fully satisfied with the process of conduction of election and the results have
been generated in a free and fair manner. There is no complaint on our behalf, and we
have no qualms with the same.
 It is also verified that there is no data already existing/stored/recorded within these
EVM’s.
 Lastly, at the request of all Candidate Representatives and at the discretion of the
Election Commission voting time was increased by 45 minutes till 5:45 PM. All
members who had entered till 5:45PM were given a chance to vote. Voting was done
till the last member had casted their vote.
 We the Representatives of our Respective Candidates have signed below without any
pressure and on free will.
