CIRCULAR TO MEMBERS AND PENSIONERS: TABULATION AND

ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2024 BOARD MEMBERS ELECTION RESULTS ON THE 2ND

OF APRIL 2024 FROM 1400HRS

Dear Members and Pensioners,

As we close the voting period, I would like to thank all members, pensioners, and beneficiaries
for participating in this crucial process in an orderly and peaceful manner.

Tabulation and collation of election results

The Fund’s Election Committee has a mandate of conducting the election process in a
transparent and fair manner. In view of these core values, the Fund is inviting all candidates
who participated in the 2024 Board Elections to attend the final Elections Committee meeting
scheduled for the 2nd of April 2024, where the verified and signed election results slips will be
tabulated and added.

This meeting will commence at 1400 hrs at the Pension Funds’ office:

4th Floor Megawatt House,

Corner Samora Machel Avenue and Leopold Takawira Street,

Harare.

The election results will be announced after official tabulation on the 2nd of April 2024
(moved from the 5th of April 2024). The results will then be uploaded on the Fund
website www.zeipf.co.zw.

Candidates who are unable to attend this meeting may second an agent or proxy, who is a ZESA
Staff Pension Fund and/or a ZEIPF member, pensioner, or beneficiary, to attend on their behalf.
The attendee must be a member of the respective category which the candidate has
participated.
 Attending candidates and/or proxies are encouraged to register attendance by sending an email
to elections@zesapf.co.zw or a WhatsApp message on +263 777 015 592 before end of day on
the 31st of March 2024.

Cost of attending the meeting

The cost of attending the meeting will be entirely borne by the attending candidates.

The Fund would like to thank, in a distinct way,

i. The Corporate Services, Human Resources and Staff Welfare functions for their assistance
in facilitating the voting exercise,
ii. All Workers’ Committee representatives who observed the voting process and signed-off
Board Election result slips to ensure transparency and accuracy of the election process,
and
iii. All members, pensioners, and beneficiaries for acting responsibly in ensuring the success
of this exercise.

Your joint contributions helped make this exercise a success.
