BOARD MEMBER ELECTIONS EXERCISE - CIRCULATION OF FAKE RESULTS

The Fund wishes to advise all its valued members and beneficiaries that it has noted with
concern, the circulation of fake Board Member election results on various social media
platforms. Members and beneficiaries are advised to ignore such misleading results as they
are not official.

Please note that:

i. The Principal Officer is the only official allowed to announce the results of the
election process.
ii. Members and beneficiaries will be advised of the election results on the 5th of April
2024 as per earlier communication made to members and beneficiaries regarding
the election process.

The Fund further wishes to advise members and beneficiaries that it is illegal to use the
ZESA Staff Pension Fund and/or the Zimbabwe Electricity Industry Pension Fund (ZEIPF)
logo for unauthorised purposes. Abuse of the Pension Fund’s logo could result in legal
action by the Fund.
