Declaration of Holiday for General Election Day 2024

In alignment with our commitment to civic engagement and in compliance with national
regulations, we are pleased to announce that Mukand Sumi Special Steel Limited will
observe a company-wide holiday on the day of the General Election, [Phase wise dates
are mentioned as below], 2024. This day off is granted to ensure that all employees can
exercise their right to vote and participate in shaping the nation's future.
