    Subject:-Distribution of safety and essential Kits at our Mandale Metro Depot, Mankhurd site.

    Dear Sir,
    We were informed that the BOCW Board will be distributing the safety and essential Kits to
    beneficiaries registered with the board. Hence, we request you to arrange the distribution of
    Safety & Essential Kits for 165 nos. workmen who are currently available with their BOCW
    beneficiary cards as a part of the benefit provided by the building and other construction work
    welfare boards. At our Mandale Depot site.
    We will make the necessary arrangements required for the Smooth distribution of kits.
    Kindly intimate the date & time for the said distribution of Safety Kits. We are proposing to carry
    out an event at 11.00 a.m. on 6th January 2024.
    This will benefit our Construction workers also.
    We will be happy to help in any manner as directed.
