Management Committee ("MC") at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the

Management Committee in respect of Meru Valley EcoVillage to be held on Friday, 10th

November 2023 at 6.00 p.m., do hereby nominate the following person who are eligible to

NOTES:

1. Management Committee ("MC")

The MC shall consist of a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 14 members. A person is eligible for

election as a member of the MC if he/she is an individual of at least 21 years of age who is :-

• a proprietor or a co-proprietor of a parcel;

• nominated by a company or any other body who is a proprietor of a parcel; or
• a member of the immediate family of a proprietor who owns two or more parcels.

2. The nomination of candidates to the MC will be closed on 7th November 2023 and all
Nomination Forms must be deposited at the Management Office, Aman Lofts, Meru Valley
EcoVillage, 30020 Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan on or before 7.00 p.m., Tuesday, 7th November
2023. No nomination process will be conducted during the AGM unless insufficient nomination
is received by 10th November 2023.
