NOTICE OF REGULAR GENERAL ASSEMBLY

March 20, 2024

TO : ALL MEMBERS

This is to give you notice that the 5th Regular General Assembly of the cooperative shall be held
on March 20, 2024, 9am onwards at Kowloon House West Ave, Quezon City

As a primary cooperative we have the following guidelines:

A. Casting of Votes:
1. The Secretary of the BOD will give you an Official Ballot before the GA meeting starts;
2. Fill up or accomplish the ballot by checking the box opposite the name of the candidate
of your choice, Board Member, Audit Committee, and Election Committee.
3. The Election Committee shall follow the Rules and Guidelines in counting the votes as
prescribed in the cooperative’s Election Rules and Regulations.
B. Certificate of Candidacy
A member who desires to run for an elective position shall secure an official certificate of
candidacy form the Secretary of the BOD. Once filled up, he/she files the same together
with the other requirements to the BOD Secretary five (5) days before the election.
C. Written Guidelines
 Attendance is on site. Attendance via videoconferencing is not allowed/no
approval from CDA.
 You can only talk when you are recognized by the presiding officer
 Microphones, and a Projector screen will be available so all members will be able
to see the presentation, speak and be heard clearly.
